We offer government funded childcare between 9am – 3pm term time only.

Universal Funded Childcare for 3 & 4 year olds

All families in England are eligible for up to 15 hours of free early education or childcare per week for their children, from the term after their 3 birthday. There is no code required. Please speak to the Preschool office to confirm your child’s date of birth and secure your space.

Childcare for 2 Year Olds in Receipt of Additional Support

Some families in England may be eligible for up to 15 hours of free early education or childcare per week for their 2 year old if they are in receipt of some government support.

Working Families Funded Entitlement

Eligible working parents are able to access up to 30 hours of funded childcare per week from the term after their child reaches 9 months, until school age. We offer funded childcare for working parents at South View Preschool from your child’s 2 birthday with a valid eligibility code.

Any hours taken over and above your funded hours will be charged at £8.50 per hour.
